Exploring the Journey of Jackson Carneiro: From Milford, MA to UConn

Jackson Paul Carneiro, a beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on March 7, 2024, at a young age. Jackson carneiro Milford MA was born and raised in Milford, MA by his parents John and Gina Carneiro. His sister Olivia lives in Baltimore.

From an early age, Jackson knew he wanted to be an animator. He loved art and used his creativity to bring joy to others. In school, he was a talented student, earning awards for his artistic skills.

Jackson attended the University of Connecticut, studying 3D animation. He had a special ability to make people laugh with his great sense of humor and bright smile. His hobbies included writing music, watching The Sopranos TV show, traveling with family, and spending summers at Cape Cod.

What happened to Jackson carneiro Milford MA?


The University of Connecticut has released details today, Monday 11th March 2024, identifying the student who died last week at the campus's South Garage at the main Storrs Campus

The student was 20 year old Jackson Carneiro from Milford, Massachusetts.

The University said that UConn Police found no criminal elements in the circumstances of his death and that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine its cause and manner.

The school sent out a campus wide email to the UConn community ....

Passing of a UConn Student: Jackson Carneiro

We are sorry to share the news of the passing of UConn student Jackson Carneiro, who died unexpectedly on March 7, 2024.

Jackson was from Milford, Massachusetts, and began his UConn career in the fall 2022 semester. He was a Digital Media Design Major in the School of Fine Arts.

In his first year at UConn, Jackson was a member of the Innovation House Learning Community. As a DMD student, Jackson was focusing on 3D animation. Jackson was dedicated to the arts with a particular talent for illustration.



Jackson was well-rounded, earning a black belt in karate, playing violin, rowing crew, and joining art club. Above all, he was deeply compassionate and brought happiness to his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Jackson is survived by his loving parents, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his dog Ruby.





A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 13th at St. Mary's Church in Milford, followed by burial at the church cemetery. He will be dearly missed.
